Grand Californian Hotel
I finally got the chance to stay at the Grand Californian (well, it's only been 9 months since opening, but you know what I mean). I ponied up the big bucks for one night with a California Adventure view. The hotel is very nice and is super convenient. I prefer Disney's Wilderness Lodge in Florida, but this is a lot closer.

The rooms themselves
are a bit small but very nicely furnished. As you can see, they turn down the
beds (and supply chocolates) at night. There is a television with (only) 13
channels, and a mini-bar as well. Be warned that the minute you pick something
up in the mini-bar, you are charged!
The bathroom
Here's the view
from my "mini balcony" (it was tiny!) looks like. You can hear a lot
of noise from DCA but its quiet if you shut your sliding door.
